All custom-made hair orders are created specifically to the customer’s requested specifications, including but not limited to length, volume, texture, and colour. These items are not pre-made or held in stock and are produced only after an order has been confirmed.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, all custom-made products are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once an order has been placed and processing has begun.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the item is made specifically to their requirements and cannot be resold or reused.

3. Production & Processing Time

Processing times for custom orders vary depending on supplier availability and order complexity. Estimated timeframes are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delays in production may occur due to supplier availability, material sourcing, or other manufacturing factors outside of our control.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are handled by third-party courier services (e.g. DHL, Royal Mail, etc.).

We do not have control over shipping delays once the parcel has been collected by the courier. Delivery dates provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, strikes, weather conditions, or other logistical issues.

5. No Guaranteed Delivery Dates

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee delivery by specific dates, including birthdays, events, photoshoots, or special occasions.

Customers are advised to place orders in advance to allow sufficient time for production and delivery.

6. Risk Transfer

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, the responsibility and risk for delivery transfers to the courier service.

7. Klarna / Third-Party Payments

If payment is made via Klarna or any third-party financing provider, the customer remains bound by these Terms & Conditions. Payment disputes or instalment arrangements do not override the custom order policy.

8. Agreement

By placing an order with us, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable nature of custom-made products and the limitations on shipping and delivery times.
