At MayDiva Hair, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, refunds are subject to the following conditions.
ELIGIBLE REFUNDS
Refunds may be considered where:
* The wrong item has been supplied.
* The item arrives damaged and the damage is reported within 24hours of delivery.
* The item is proven to be faulty upon inspection.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting photographs and order details.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
* Custom-made wigs
* Personalised wigs
* Made-to-order products
* Wigs made to customer measurements
* Hair that has been worn, washed, cut, coloured, styled or altered
* Lace that has been cut
* Sale and clearance items
* Gift cards
PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact MayDiva Hair directly before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim through a payment provider.
Where a dispute has been initiated, any refund may be delayed pending the outcome of the payment provider’s investigation.
MayDiva Hair reserves the right to provide all relevant order, production, communication, shipping and delivery records to the payment provider.
PROCESSING TIMES
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on banks and payment providers.
