Custom Orders Policy

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom-made hair orders are created specifically to the customer’s requested specifications, including but not limited to:

* Cap size
* Length
* Density
* Texture
* Colour
* Hairline customisation
* Styling preferences
* Other personalised requests

These items are not pre-made or held in stock and are produced only after an order has been confirmed.

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-CANCELLABLE

Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, all custom-made products are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has commenced or materials have been sourced for the order.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the item is produced specifically for their requirements and cannot reasonably be resold to another customer.

PRODUCTION TIMES

Production times vary depending on supplier availability, material sourcing and order complexity.

Estimated production times are guidance only and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only.

MayDiva Hair is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes or other events beyond our control.

NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATES

Unless confirmed in writing, delivery dates for birthdays, holidays, events, weddings, photoshoots or special occasions are not guaranteed.

KLARNA & THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROVIDERS

Customers paying through Klarna or any other third-party payment provider remain subject to this Custom Orders Policy.

Payment disputes, instalment plans, chargebacks or financing arrangements do not override the non-refundable nature of custom-made products.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read, understood and agreed to this Custom Orders Policy.

For your Terms of Service, I would keep it broader and include:

* Ordering
* Pricing
* Payments
* Shipping
* Intellectual property
* Returns and refunds (linking to the separate policies)
* Limitation of liability
* Governing law (England & Wales if you’re operating in the UK)
