RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns will only be considered where:
* The item is unused.
* The item remains in its original condition.
* All tags, packaging and security seals remain intact.
* The item has not been installed, worn, washed, coloured, cut, brushed or altered.
Customers must contact MayDiva Hair within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
RETURN APPROVAL
Returns must be authorised before being sent back.
Unauthorised returns may be refused.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has been confirmed to be faulty.
Return address is always on the delivery label or request for a return address.
Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked and insured delivery service.
INSPECTION
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Approval of a return does not automatically guarantee approval of a refund.
The condition of the returned item will determine the outcome.
